The Captain Scott Corwin Foundation has created a new initiative called "Students for Troops". As part of our continuing support for our adopted unit, the 4th Squadron, 3rd Armored Calvary Regiment stationed in Iraq, we are asking nine teachers and their students to support one of the Troops of the 4th Squadron.
The 4th is nearing the one year point of their deployment, and will be spending their second holiday season away from home. By adopting one of the Troops, the teachers and their class will be encouraged to write letters to their adopted unit. With the holiday season approaching, it will be a great opportunity for the students to take a moment out of their holiday season to say 'thank you' to the Soldiers of the 4th.
If you are a teacher and are interested in having your class be a part of "Students for Troops", you can contact the Corwin Foundation by emailing us on the contact page, or by calling the Foundation at 724-218-1241
